  Food is good, but even if you think it's healthy look at the calorie count and the sodium in these products. And service is soooo slow, you would think they're moving backward. But sometimes it's just worth it.
  
  They just opened up a drive thru and I was shocked how quickly the line moved. Faster than the local McDonald's. How can they be so slow inside and keep that line moving? From now on I'm using the drive thru.

  Everything here is so delicious! My favorite is the turkey bacon bravo! They have so many good salads. The kitchen sink cookie is to die for!! And I love the green tea

  I can't go here anymore... it's my neighborhood Panera, and, even though i love Panera, this one is not very good. The food is often burnt. The service is slow, all the time, especially during busy hours because there is never enough staff. When I order rapid pick up, the bags are left open, food is already cold, and there are no utensils in the bags.

  This Panera is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's ok, more often it's not.  I've had chicken noodle soup that had literally no chicken and only a couple of noodles, tomato soup that was a thick mass from the bottom of the pot, the wrong bread on the sandwich, wrong side item, etc.   At $12 to $15 for lunch, there are better and more consistent dining alternatives in the area. It's unfortunate as it used to be one of my favorites.
